Destayehu Addisu is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 11 years of professional experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arba Minch University (AMU), an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Design) from Bahir Dar University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Design) at Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia.

Destayehu has served as a lecturer at Assosa University, where he also held the position of Department Head in the College of Engineering. His expertise includes coordinating and managing academic activities, organizing review meetings, and leading teams with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
