Dr. Valipour obtained his B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with a focus on Textile Chemistry and Fiber Science from Yazd Branch, Islamic Azad University, in 1996. He pursued his M.Sc. in the same discipline at South Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, completing it in 1998. He later earned his Ph.D. in Textile Engineering from Tehran Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University, in 2005. In addition, he completed an M.Sc. in Public Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Chalus Branch, Islamic Azad University, in 2017.

Dr. Valipour has been a faculty member at Qaem Shahr Branch, Islamic Azad University, since 1998. Over the years, he has held several administrative roles, including President of Qaem Shahr Branch, President of Juybar Branch, and Deputy of Academic Affairs. His extensive teaching portfolio includes courses in Fiber Sciences, Synthetic Fiber Production Technology, Dye Chemistry, Polymer Rheology, and Textile Surface Modification. Additionally, he has been instrumental in designing and establishing textile laboratories and workshops, significantly advancing academic infrastructure.
