Fikadu Tasgera holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Gondar University, Ethiopia, earned between August 2012 and July 2015. He further pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree at Debre Markos University, Ethiopia, from November 2015 to June 2017. His academic journey culminated with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Wallaga University, Ethiopia, which he is expected to complete by November 2024​.

💼 Experience

Fikadu has a rich professional background in academia, holding multiple roles at Dambi Dollo University. His journey began as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor from February 2017, where he taught and advised both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Between October 2019 and April 2022, he served as the Head of the Department of Mathematics, where he led the department’s academic and administrative functions. From April 2022 to February 2023, he worked as the Education Quality Assurance Coordinator, ensuring the university’s academic standards. Since February 2023, he has resumed his role as the Head of the Department of Mathematics​.
