In 2012, he earned a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Reconstructive and Implant Dentistry from the University of Bern.

Professor Enkling’s professional career includes a variety of leadership roles. He currently serves as the Head of Section for Prosthodontic Implantology at the Department of Reconstructive Dentistry and Gerodontology, University of Bern. Concurrently, he leads the Research Group for Oral Implantology and Dental Material Science at the University of Bonn. Additionally, he is the Director of Eichenklinik, a private dental clinic specializing in advanced prosthodontic treatments. Previously, from 2007 to 2014, he was an Associate Professor and Vice-Chairman at the University of Bern’s Department of Prosthodontics. His expertise extends to teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students across various universities, including the University of Bern, the University of Witten/Herdecke, and the University of Bonn.
